3 IAS, 8 IPS Officers Posted To J&K

Jammu- The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday ordered a reshuffle of AGMUT cadre officers, posting three IAS and eight IPS officers to Jammu and Kashmir while transferring two IAS and four IPS officers out of the Union Territory.

According to an MHA order, IAS officers Shahid Iqbal Choudhary and Swati Sheemar have been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh and Delhi, respectively.

IAS officer Saugat Biswas has been transferred from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu and Kashmir, while Mamta Yadav has been posted to the UT from Delhi and Ishita Rathi from Puducherry.

In the IPS cadre, Rajesh Kumar Sharma has been transferred from J&K to Chandigarh, Tanushree to Delhi, Deepika to Puducherry and Gaurav Sikarwar to Goa.

Eight IPS officers, Vishnu Kumar, Arshi Aadil, Tikam Singh Verma, K M Priyanka, Rajeev Kumar Ambasta, Deepak Yadav, Anand Kumar Mishra and Satish Kumar, have been posted to Jammu and Kashmir.

The transfers and postings will come into effect immediately and remain in force until further orders, the MHA order said.
