Srinagar- Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti on Friday paid tributes to Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his companions on the solemn occasion of Muharram, describing the sacrifice at Karbala as an enduring symbol of truth, justice, dignity and resistance against tyranny.
In a message, Mehbooba Mufti said the events of Karbala continue to serve as an eternal beacon for humanity and remind people that remaining silent in the face of injustice amounts to a betrayal of moral conscience.
